If you are an account holder at Credins, you can also make automatic utility payments.

Documentation required for automatic utility payments:

  • Utility bill
  • Authorization for the execution of a Direct Debit or Standing Order

All payments can be made by bank customers by presenting the relevant bills at the counter.     You can make transfers by visiting your nearest branch or by using Credins Online, allowing you to make payments anywhere and at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • Transfers to a beneficiary within Credins Bank

  • Transfers to a beneficiary at another bank in Kosovo

To receive a transfer, you need to provide the sender with:
