Working Capital Financing

Working capital loans are intended to finance inventory purchases, supplier payments, government tax obligations, as well as other short-term payments to third parties.

This type of product can be offered in three forms:

Overdraft / Bank Advance – Main Features

This credit facility allows the customer to maintain a negative balance on their current account. The customer can use the funds to cover operating expenses and short-term obligations.

The use of the disbursed amount and repayment of the financing directly through the current account, allowing the repaid amount to be reused throughout the validity of the facility, makes the Overdraft a highly flexible, fast, and renewable financing solution.

  • Interest: Calculated daily on the amount used.
  • Currency: According to the customer’s needs and in line with the current account.
  • Term: From several days up to one year.

Revolving Loan (Credit Line) – Main Features

  • Maximum maturity: 12 months.
  • Currency: According to the customer’s needs.
  • Limit: Renewable.
  • Purpose: Flexible use up to the approved limit.
  • Repayment: Flexible, not based on a fixed repayment schedule.
  • Interest: Calculated daily on the amount used and paid every three months from the date of the first disbursement, according to a previously agreed schedule.

Short-Term Loan – Main Features

  • Maximum maturity: 36 months.
  • Amount: Depending on repayment capacity and financial performance.
  • Repayment: According to an amortization schedule.

Investment Loans and Fixed Asset Financing

This loan is intended to finance the expansion or development of a business or corporation through investments in fixed assets such as premises, buildings, and equipment.

These investments generally contribute to the consolidation, development, and long-term sustainability of the business.

  • Maximum term: 180 months.
  • Disbursement: Immediate or in tranches according to the investment plan.
  • Repayment: According to an agreed amortization schedule.
  • Principal grace period: Up to 18 months.

Financing with an “Incaso” Limit

Customers applying for an Incaso limit must meet the following criteria:

  • The customer must have at least 3 years of positive experience with the Bank.
  • The customer must have at least 1 year of positive cooperation with the exporter.
  • The customer must demonstrate a sound financial position supported by financial statements.
  • The customer must conduct at least 70% of their business activity through Credins Bank.
