With the Debit Card, you can:

Security

Thanks to the built-in microchip, the card is even better protected against fraud and cloning. As a rule, when making a purchase, you will be asked to enter your PIN code to complete transactions above EUR 40.

Your online transactions are made even more secure through Mastercard SecureCode and Verified by VISA (VBV). You always benefit from an additional layer of security through a password sent to you by SMS, which may be required when making purchases from online stores.

Changing the PIN

You can personalize the PIN of your Visa & Mastercard card at any of the bank’s ATMs. Changing the PIN for these cards is free of charge. If you lose your PIN, it can be reprinted at a branch, subject to the applicable PIN reprinting fee according to the card pricing schedule.

With Visa & Mastercard from Credins Bank Kosovo, you can make payments using Contactless technology, which allows you to pay without swiping the card or inserting the chip.

Some card safety tips:

  • Keep your PIN separate from your card and do not share it with other people.
  • Always check the amount displayed on the POS terminal before entering your PIN or signing the receipt.

In case your card is lost or stolen:

  • Block it as soon as possible by calling +383 38 780 100 or by sending an email to info@bankacredins-ks.com.
  • Visit your nearest branch, report the theft or loss of the card, and request a new card.
